It is a register of personal information voluntarily provided by those in possible need of community support, including elderly persons, people with a disability and isolated individuals. |

Geelong Community Support Register brochures are available at many outlets across the Geelong region, including City of Greater Geelong Customer Service Centres and library branches. Simply complete the Expression of Interest section of the brochure and forward to the register team as detailed on the brochures.
